Planning an unforgettable event is exciting—but forgetting the simple steps to care for your rented items can lead to unexpected charges. At The Flawless Table & Co., we want your experience to be as seamless (and flawless) as possible. That’s why we’ve gathered our top tips to help you protect your rental items, avoid damages, and save money. ✨

Whether you're renting farmhouse tables, luxury chairs, bounce houses, or stylish arches, follow these essential care guidelines:

🪑 1. Choose a Flat, Level Surface

Always install your rentals on straight and even ground. Uneven surfaces can cause tipping, structural damage, or safety hazards—especially for bounce houses and backdrops.

🔄 2. What You Can (and Can’t) Move

✅ You CAN move: Tables and chairs after installation.
❌ You CANNOT move: Bounce houses, arches, or any large/heavy equipment once they’re installed. Moving them can lead to breakage and extra fees.

👯 3. Always Assemble With Help

Depending on the item size, we highly recommend 2 people or more to assemble or move equipment. Don’t risk damage by trying to do it solo.

🚫 4. No Dragging, No Rolling, No Standing

Never drag tables or chairs—lift with care!
Don’t roll round tables—this weakens the structure.
Standing or climbing on any item (especially backdrops or tables) is strictly prohibited.

🧼 5. Clean Gently (and Correctly)

Use only a wet rag and water to clean tables, chairs, and décor. No harsh cleaners—they can damage finishes, and yes, that means you’ll be charged. Make sure no dirt, food, or mud is left behind.

🎈 6. Bounce House Rules to Remember

Ages: Ideal for children 0–10 years. (Older kids/adults allowed only for quick photo ops—max 2 adults.)
Capacity: Max 8 kids at once.
Socks required, no shoes, food, or drinks.
No diving, flipping, or rough play.
Never run the blower for more than 5 hours.
In case of rain, unplug it and bring it inside.
Supervise at ALL times. Never leave kids unattended!

🎈 7. Balloon Decor? Use the Right Tools

Please do NOT use tape, double-sided tape, or anything adhesive on the bounce house. These leave residue and cause damage. Instead, use 260 balloons (long ones used for balloon animals) to tie and decorate safely.

📦 8. Ready for Pickup? Re-stack & Clean

All equipment must be re-stacked, cleaned, and ready for pick-up in the same condition it was delivered. If we installed it for you, leave it as is—no need to disassemble.
