Bartender + Premium Seat Chart & Toast Description: Our licensed bartender delivers a seamless, elevated guest experience by guiding the flow of your event from the moment service begins. This package blends premium seating assistance with a refined toast service and full bar support, ensuring your celebration feels warm, coordinated, and beautifully executed. Service Flow: Premium Seating Coordination: Before bar service begins, the bartender will prepare and pour champagne flutes, then personally hand each guest their flute with the corresponding seating tag. This ensures guests feel welcomed, assisted, and guided to their designated seat with ease. Bartender Service: Once guests are seated, the bartender transitions into full bar service — professionally preparing, mixing, and serving the three signature beverages from your curated menu, while maintaining an organized and refined bar area. Premium Toast: When it’s time for the toast, the bartender will once again prepare, pour, and distribute champagne flutes, coordinating the moment so it flows smoothly, beautifully, and with elevated presentation. Continued Bar Service: After the toast, the bartender resumes service for the remainder of the event, ensuring your guests enjoy an exceptional, polished bar experience from start to finish. Requires: Bar rental & Champagne Wall rental. Includes: Licensed bartender, full professional bar toolset (customized to your menu), and a curated menu featuring up to three signature beverages of your choice. Bartender Supplies Provided: Professional bar toolset, large cooler, ice bucket, ice tongs, ice scoop, napkin holder, straw holder, two display risers, and silicone bar mat. Does Not Include: Cups, ice, napkins, straws, garnishes, mixers, fruits, or decorative drink enhancements. Note: The Premium Seat Chart & Toast package does not include champagne flutes or flute name tags. Both can be added for $2 per flute, including the tag.
