Card Authorization

I         [Client's full name]     authorize The Flawless Table & Co. to charge the card on file only for payments and applicable fees related to this rental agreement, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

This authorization will remain valid for seven (7) calendar days beginning on the date The Flawless Table & Co. regains possession of all rental equipment. During this period, the card on file may be charged for any outstanding balance or applicable damage, cleaning, replacement, late fees, waiting time fees, or other charges permitted under the Terms & Conditions. Revoking this authorization before the Rental Agreement is fully completed may affect your reservation.

Scheduled Remaining Balance

The remaining balance will be processed automatically on the scheduled Payment Due Date using the card on file. A payment reminder will be sent at least one day before the scheduled charge.

Card on File Requirement

A valid card on file is required to complete your reservation and process scheduled payments. Updating your card information is offered as a courtesy; however, a valid card must be saved in our system. If no valid card is on file, we will need to contact you to update it before processing payment, which may result in payment delays.Any outstanding balance remains due in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
